Shipping Info

Our business hours are 8am-4pm EST Monday - Friday, We stop shipping after 4pm EST.  If you place an order on the weekend we will ship it out during business days.

The speed of receiving your order can depend on a few things such as your shipping method choice and the location your order is being shipped to. We offer several different methods of shipping. 

Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours (business) to process

Once your order has been submitted and can no longer be modified. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process. To check the status of your order at any time, simply sign into your account at and select order history.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

P.O. Boxes & Stores

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail only. Overnight and Express delivery options are unavailable at this time. 

PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages so please let us know ahead of time if you will need insurance so we can make sure you're taken care of.. If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not our fault or a reflection on our level of dedication to our customers. If any packaged are undeliverable or returned to sender we will invoice for re-shipping.


International orders are averaging 5-12 business days for delivery. This depends on your country as well. {We cannot control customs delays and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages }. If you want to add insurance to your order please contact us prior to purchasing.

International package IDs are NOT tracking numbers, just a parcel number. If you want a tracking ID it will need to ship FedEx or UPS which is about 4x the cost.

We will ship to the Paypal or ship to address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
